Management
Paul Flanagan is the Managing Partner with Pharma
Solutions and has over 22 years of experience within
the Pharmaceutical industry. He has worked at all
levels within the industry in the Sales & Marketing
area.
He has personal working experience of all roles
from Medical Representative to Country Manager within
a variety of multi national organizations. He has
an excellent understanding of the skills and responsibilities
that are required and demanded by pharmaceutical
companies for all roles and is well regarded within
the industry.
He has first hand experience as a manager within
the industry of the recruitment standards that are
required and has been directly involved in the recruitment
process while in the industry. He also has a comprehensive
knowledge of the healthcare market within Ireland.
His aim with Pharma Solutions is to build a successful
totally confidential recruitment service for both
