Hospital Representative - Respiratory – Dublin / Leinster - New Job - May 2017 - Urgent
Our client, a major pharmaceutical company wish to appoint a Hospital Representative to join their team. The position will entail calling on all leading Hospitals in the Dublin / Leinster region promoting their ethical range of respiratory medicines.
The position is a full time permanent role
Candidates, ideally should live in the Dublin /Leinster areas.
Candidates must have current or previous Hospital sales experience.
The purpose of this pivotal role is to generate product revenue and market share through the delivery of brand values. You will be expected to establish and maintain key relationships and sales of our client’s respiratory products on territory.
Specific responsibilities of this exciting and challenging role include selling, territory business planning and reporting, sales analysis, budget management, negotiating and key account management. You will be expected to develop networks and productive business relationships with prescribing and non-prescribing product influencers, monitor and contribute to a dynamic customer database and liaise with team members to facilitate the effective transfer of information and maximisation of revenue.
You will contribute to area business planning and the identification of national business opportunities. You will also participate in area meetings, national conferences and cross-functional project groups for our client.
The ideal candidate should have relevant hospital selling and respiratory therapy experience and be educated to graduate level or equivalent.
You must be able to demonstrate proven sales success within the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge and experience of COPD and Asthma as a disease area would be preferred.
Successful candidates will be joining a hardworking, dynamic and successful department - so should possess excellent team working and networking skills and business acumen.
Personal skills should include enthusiasm, drive and a determination to work hard.
An excellent salary circa 55-65k (depending on experience) plus strong benefits package including bonus and company car will apply to the right individual.
