Compliance Manager (MAPP, EFPIA and local IPHA Code experience)  – Pharmaceuticals – Dublin - June 2018 - Immediate Vacancy

Our client a major Global Pharmaceutical company based in Dublin wish to appoint a Compliance Manager with MAPP, EFPIA and local IPHA Code experience to join their team.

The position is based at their Dublin offices and the role is permanent full time.

Role Summary

To support an effective Compliance Program for our client by providing efficient & effective operational management & coordination of local Compliance support in the broad ambit of MAPP, EFPIA & Local IPHA Code, local Irish regulations and Corporate Policies & Procedures; enhanced focus on EFPIA Disclosure code requirements, accuracy of reporting and consent management

  • Provides high quality, pro-active support to Compliance Lead in the areas of EFPIA reporting, GRC management, business administration, systems/tracking, data analytics, metrics reports
  • Training records administration
  • Coordinate support for audits, inspections (external) and internal reviews in collaboration with local stakeholders
  • Partner to the business and provide basic compliance counseling in coordination with Compliance Lead and reviews supporting documentation for approval; a resource to local BUs to answer queries, provide information and guidance related to MAPP, EFPIA, AIFE documentation requirements
  • Supports the development of local Quality & Compliance Management System toward accurate EFPIA reporting and reputation management
  • Supports the Ireland Compliance Lead in ensuring processes and procedures related to Compliance are regularly reviewed and updated and that Country has an effective training & communication programme.
  • Demonstrates strong culture of Compliance in line with Integrity Is…, OWN IT! and based on local needs and priorities.
  • As necessary and under the direction of the Ireland Compliance Lead, Coordinates with Compliance Investigations Team to understand, remediate and report on company investigations
  • Continuously work with GRCC and Finance to assess trends, numbers and data

Experience Required

Multinational company compliance, legal, finance field; marketing or sales experience a plus; Familiarity with multinational corporate compliance culture; knowledge in FCPA/MAPP anti-bribery laws and regulations.

Ideally Third Level Education/ Post Graduate Degree in law, compliance, finance or other relevant professional disciplines. Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to analyze complex initiatives, reports, and data.

Internal Operational and Information Management Systems and Processes, Compliance Branding

Inspection Readiness (External) & Audit Coordination Support

Implements Compliance Strategy & Culture
