Customer Service Administrator (Pharmacy Technician) – Pharmacy Group – Dublin West based - July 2018 - Urgent

Our client is the largest pharmaceutical purchasing group in the Irish Pharmacy market with offices based in the Liffey Valley area, West Dublin.

The business is growing quickly and continues to invest in its core competencies to drive growth and further enhance its market leading position within the Irish Pharmacy market.

They are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team to engage with their customers. The ideal person for the role would be a qualified Pharmacy Technician.

The role is primarily the first point of contact with the business and the successful candidate should be an enthusiastic individual who will look after customers on both the phone and when they visit our clients’ offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role will support the Pharmacy Group Business and customers.
  • Meet and greet customers and suppliers
  • Management of the central mailbox for our client.
  • Develops relationships with clients and customers by becoming a dedicated resource
  • Responsible for the answering calls into the business
  • Monitor and manage the ShoreTel phone system and provide training to staff as required
  • Log all inbound queries on Magna (CRM system)
  • Responsible for the follow-up of overdue cases daily
  • Taking ownership of calls and ensuring all steps are carried out to support a resolution
  • Gather information required for monthly newsletter CHAT, training etc
  • Provide back up for outbound sales
  • Provide support for training and internal department as required

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Good communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM a beneffit
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to communicate clearly across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Take initiative

An excellent salary circa 30-35k (depending on experience) plus benefits package will apply to the right individual.
